Job Title: Pharmacist
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / Pharm D) with relevant experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy settings
Requirements:
Valid DOH / DHA or MOH transferable license
Strong knowledge of medications, dosages, and drug interactions
Experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy operations preferred
Good communication and patient counseling skills
Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards in healthcare
