Key Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science
– NEBOSH IGC or Diploma in HSE (Lead Auditor ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 is a plus)
– 8–10 years of experience, including 3+ years in Oil & Gas
– Prior experience as HSE Engineer on mechanical & civil projects
What you’ll Do:
– Lead and implement HSE systems aligned with ADNOC and regulatory standards
– Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments
– Manage PTW, JSA, and WMS compliance
– Drive incident prevention, investigations, and corrective actions
– Deliver HSE training, inductions, and promote a strong safety culture
– Ensure workforce welfare, emergency preparedness, and site compliance
