Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management preferred
5+ years of experience in restaurant operations, food & beverage service, or hospitality management
Experience in managing standalone restaurants, hotel restaurants, or QSR outlets preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and F&B service standards
Ability to manage staff, operations, and customer service efficiently
Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer handling abilities
