• 3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns Facebook Instagram preferably in healthcare aesthetics or related industries
• Strong track record in performance marketing lead generation and conversion optimization
• Proficiency in Ads Manager Business Manager and third-party analytics tools
• Solid understanding of audience targeting retargeting and lookalike audiences
• Excellent communication skills
