Key Responsibilities
Review architectural and structural drawings for measurement accuracy
Monitor project budgets, cost variations, and financial performance
Support site execution teams with accurate quantity and cost data
Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and site teams for project alignment
Ensure compliance with project specifications and cost control standards
Assist in evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Requirements & Qualifications
Strong experience in CAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and AutoCAD Plant 3D
Proven experience in architectural and structural construction works
Strong UAE site-based experience in construction projects
Excellent knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost control, and material take-off
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Immediate availability will be considered an advantage
