Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Engineering Graduates/PG in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
8–15 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost control, and contract management
Experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of construction costs, estimation, and BOQ preparation
Experience in contract administration and tendering processes
Familiarity with FIDIC or other standard contract forms
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Ability to manage project budgets and cost reporting
