Job Position – MEP Coordinator
Location: Dubai (Business Bay)
Employment Type: Full-time
A leading design & build company specializing in luxury villas and high-end fit-out projects in Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate MEP works across all project phases
Review and manage MEP drawings, shop drawings, and BOQs
Ensure alignment between MEP, architectural, and structural designs
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and site teams
Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with project specifications
Identify and resolve technical issues proactively
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience (luxury villas preferred)
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and coordination
Experience in design & build / fit-out projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
