Job Title: Food & Beverage Cost Controller
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field
2–6 years of experience in F&B cost control within hotels, restaurants, or hospitality industry
Experience with inventory management and costing systems preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of food and beverage costing principles
Understanding of inventory control, stock management, and procurement processes
Proficiency in MS Excel and hospitality POS / inventory systems
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
