HR Executive – Talent Acquisition
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for roles across Sales, Technical, Operations, and Support teams.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure timely hiring aligned with the company’s expansion plans across the GCC.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Support onboarding, documentation, and employee record management.
• Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in performance tracking and HR reporting.
• Work closely with management on hiring plans and workforce requirements.
• Execute HR tasks and initiatives as directed by the reporting manager.
• Contribute to building a positive, performance‑driven work culture.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and hiring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and convincing approach.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, scaling environment with multiple priorities.
• Proactive, organized, and able to take ownership of tasks and hiring timelines.
