Digital Marketing Executive
Job Location : Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and uncover growth opportunities
• Optimize paid advertising campaigns by managing budgets, keywords, ad creatives, and performance metrics
• Apply SEO best practices to enhance organic search rankings and website visibility
• Support the execution of social media strategies while tracking engagement and campaign effectiveness
• Assist in influencer marketing campaigns, including coordination, execution, and ROI tracking
• Contribute to trade marketing initiatives and integrated cross-channel campaigns
• Monitor brand reputation by tracking online mentions, reviews, and emerging market trends
• Analyze and report campaign performance, including website traffic, lead generation, and return on investment
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth campaign execution
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and industry developments
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2+ years of practical experience in digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads platforms
• Strong understanding of SEO concepts and optimization techniques
• Experience in social media marketing, content development, and paid campaigns
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic FMCG environment
