Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and safety management systems
Lead safety operations across road, infrastructure, and civil construction projects
Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety audits
Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory standards and international safety frameworks
Monitor site safety performance and implement corrective actions
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses and prepare detailed reports
Deliver HSE training programs and safety awareness sessions
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities
Maintain ISO 45001 compliance and audit readiness
Promote a strong safety culture across all project sites
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
Minimum 15 years of UAE experience in road, infrastructure, or civil construction projects
NEBOSH certification (mandatory)
OSHAD/ADOSH certification (mandatory)
ISO 45001 Lead Auditor qualification (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and construction safety standards
Proven leadership experience in managing HSE teams
Excellent communication, reporting, and risk management skills
Strong ability to enforce safety compliance in high-risk environments
