Qualifications & Experience:
Higher Secondary School & Equivalent / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred
1–3 years of experience in hospitality or front office roles

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages is an advantage)
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of front office operations and hotel management systems is preferred
Well-groomed and professional appearance
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
