Job Position – HR Operations Specialist
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Requirements:
Minimum 4-8 years of experience in the UAE construction industry (mandatory)
Proven experience in HR operations, including employee lifecycle management
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
Experience handling payroll, visa processing, and compliance
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations and administration
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
Handle onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
Coordinate with PROs on visa and labor matters
Support payroll and benefits administration
