Key Responsibilities:
-Support recruitment for technical and operational roles (design, production, projects)
-Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and employee records
-Maintain attendance, leave tracking, and HR databases
-Prepare payroll and coordination with finance incharge,
-Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policies
-Support employee engagement and a performance-driven culture
-Maintain organized HR documentation and internal communication
Qualifications & Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
-2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in fit-out, manufacturing, or construction environments
-Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR operations
-Strong coordination and communication skills
-Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/HR systems
