Key Responsibilities
Manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure and systems
Ensure high system availability, performance, security, and reliability
Administer Office 365, Exchange, Azure, Active Directory, and Windows Server environments
Manage enterprise Microsoft Teams administration and collaboration systems
Handle ITSM tools, SLA compliance, and vendor coordination activities
Implement backup strategies, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity solutions
Perform vulnerability assessments and ensure risk mitigation practices
Troubleshoot complex system, server, and network-related issues
Manage virtualization platforms (VMware) and enterprise hardware servers (HPe, Dell, Lenovo, IBM)
Maintain file servers, clustering systems, RDS environments, and email gateways
Utilize ManageEngine tools (AD Manager, ADAudit, FileAudit) for system monitoring and administration
Develop and implement PowerShell/Python scripts for automation and system efficiency
Requirements & Qualifications
12–15 years of overall IT experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft/Windows administration
Strong expertise in Office 365, Exchange, Azure, Active Directory, and Windows Servers
Hands-on experience with enterprise hardware servers (HPe, Dell, Lenovo, IBM)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams administration at enterprise scale
Experience in clustering, RDS, file servers, and email gateway systems
Proficiency in ManageEngine tools (AD Manager, ADAudit, FileAudit)
Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and/or Python
Experience with virtualization (VMware)
Cloud experience in Azure or AWS is an advantage
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
