Job Details :
• Culinary diploma or certificate preferred or demonstrable kitchen experience 6 months
• 2 years experience in a professional kitchen experience with Japanese izakaya kushiyaki or grill stations is a plus
• Basic grill charcoal experience good knife skills and competent with portion control
• Able to work in a fast-paced high-volume food-hall environment and maintain quality under pressure
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP fundamentals Dubai UAE hygiene awareness preferred Team-player attitude punctual reliable and coachable
• Physical fitness for standing long shifts and lifting prep boxes
• Behavioural competencies Attention to detail and consistency
• Good communication with FOH and kitchen team
