Job Title: BIM Modeler
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Graduate / Engineering Graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
2–6 years of experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM) for construction or interior fit-out projects
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of BIM concepts and workflows
Proficiency in software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar tools
Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
Experience in creating 3D models and coordinated drawings
Understanding of clash detection and coordination processes
Good attention to detail and teamwork skills
