Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–4 years of experience in HR and administrative support roles, preferably in an educational institution
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, attendance, and employee records
Good administrative and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
