Job Position – Rider Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:-
-Oversee daily rider operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery performance while meeting productivity targets
-Monitor and improve key KPIs such as acceptance rate, on-time performance (OTP), and rider utilization
– Manage rider onboarding/offboarding, training, attendance, and shift/roster planning
-Handle rider issues, escalations, and performance gaps through regular follow-ups and improvement plans
-Coordinate fleet allocation and align with operations and client teams for daily performance goals
-Prepare performance reports, reduce cancellations/delays, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
