Procurement Officer
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Requirements :
• Bachelor s Degree in Supply Chain Civil Engineering or Business Administration
• Minimum 3-5 years of procurement experience in the construction or contracting sector
• Strong understanding of UAE local supplier markets and logistics procedures
• Proficient in ERP systems Oracle SAP or similar and MS Excel
• Excellent negotiation communication and organizational skills
• Familiar with contract terms Incoterms and VAT compliance documentation
• UAE Driving License preferred
