Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
Build and manage microservices-based architectures for enterprise applications
Implement event-driven systems using Kafka or similar technologies
Optimize system performance using Redis caching strategies
Ensure secure API development using OAuth2, JWT, and other security standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and deployment
Troubleshoot and resolve complex backend and system-level issues
Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of backend services
Follow best practices in coding, architecture, and software design
Requirements & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in backend development
Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot framework
Proven experience in microservices architecture design and implementation
Hands-on experience with Kafka and event-driven systems
Strong knowledge of Redis caching and performance optimization
Expertise in API security (OAuth2, JWT, secure integrations)
Experience working with distributed and scalable systems
Ability to work in fast-paced, enterprise development environments
Immediate joiners preferred (UAE-based or India-based candidates willing to relocate immediately)
