Key Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day firewall operations and network security support
Manage and optimize firewall policies on Palo Alto and Fortinet platforms
Troubleshoot network and security incidents in a timely manner
Monitor network performance and ensure high availability of services
Support incident resolution and root cause analysis (RCA)
Collaborate with senior engineers for network improvements and escalations
Maintain security configurations aligned with organizational policies
Ensure smooth operation of enterprise network security infrastructure
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Network Engineer (L2 level)
Hands-on expertise in Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls
Strong understanding of network security concepts and protocols
Experience in firewall policy management and optimization
Ability to troubleshoot complex network and security issues
Good understanding of enterprise networking environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational support environment
