Job Title: General Foreman
Qualifications & Experience:
Higher Secondary / Diploma in Civil or related field
5–10 years of experience in construction projects, with supervisory experience as Foreman or General Foreman
Experience in UAE construction projects is preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of construction site operations and work sequencing
Ability to lead and supervise multiple site crews
Good understanding of drawings, site plans, and technical instructions
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Ability to manage manpower, materials, and daily site activities
