Job Title: Technical Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical) or related technical field
MBA or Project Management certification is an advantage
7–12 years of experience in technical roles, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial position
Experience in construction, MEP, industrial, or engineering projects is preferred
Requirements:
Strong technical knowledge relevant to the industry (construction, engineering, or manufacturing)
Proven leadership and team management skills
Ability to review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of project planning, execution, and quality standards
