Job Position – Sales / Business Development Professional
Location – Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor activities
Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry platforms
Build and maintain strong client relationships across the fit-out and construction sectors
Develop and present tailored proposals aligned with client needs and project budgets
Lead negotiations and successfully close deals
Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Estimation, Project Management) to deliver client-focused solutions
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports and forecasts
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)
Proven experience in Sales / Business Development within the Interior Fit-Out industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build long-term client relationships and partnerships
Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
Strategic thinker with strong market awareness
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Russian language is an advantage (not mandatory)
Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel
