Job Position – Desktop Support Engineer
Maintain IT systems, and ensure the reliability of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibility:
Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for users (onsite and remote)
Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems
Manage and support Windows Server through basic administration and trouble shooting
Manage Office 365 / Microsoft 365 including user accounts, licensing, and mailbox support
Troubleshoot hardware across desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Configure and maintain workstations and end-user devices
Support network connectivity including LAN, Wi-Fi, and IP configuration
Assist with basic router and firewall setup
Perform server hardware troubleshooting and component replacement
Support storage configuration, backups, and disk management
Maintain IT asset inventory and tracking
Execute system updates including OS, software, and security patches
Document issues, resolutions, and internal procedures
Escalate complex technical issues when required

Experience Reauired:
Strong experience in Windows-based environments
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
Solid understanding of hardware troubleshooting and basic networking
Structured, detail-oriented approach to problem solving
Ability to manage multiple requests efficiently
