Job Title: SEN Coordinator (Special Educational Needs Coordinator)
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or related field
Teaching qualification (B.Ed or equivalent preferred)
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in special education or inclusive education settings
Experience in school-based SEN coordination is preferred
Immediate joiners preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of special educational needs (SEN) frameworks and inclusive education practices
Ability to develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Experience in student assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring
Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and support staff
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies
Patience, empathy, and strong organizational skills
