Project Description
Qvantel Project for WIND Tre is to deliver its Full Stack Product and build a platform that is capable to handle CRM, Customer Support and Assurance, Billing & Invoicing for Pre/Post-paid and integrate the system with 3rd party vendors and legacy systems. Integrations included Provisioning through EMA, Payments & Gateway, Top Up Gateway, Address Validation system, SIM block/unblock to name a few. This project followed an AGILE methodology for quick customer deliverables, rectifications and satisfaction. Qvantel in alignment with Matrixx Online Charging System provided solution for prepaid and post-paid for rating & charging. Qvantel delivered successful Service Activation/ Upgrades/ Downgrades etc. through its Fulfilment & Assurance capability by building platform like E-shop/E-care for B2C & B2B, CSR Toolbox, and POS Toolbox.
