Responsible for the full employee life cycle from recruitment, induction to exit, and for providing full administrative support to the HR Managers and Officers. Also involved in the day to day-to-day running of the HR office.
*Ensuring the department complies with all recruitment Policies, Laws, and Regulations
*Developing & improving existing HR procedures and processes.
*Writing up professional job adverts
*Updating organization chart and structure in work tools
*Writing the terms of employment & contracts for new employees.
*Conducting per-employment check on job applicants i.e. references, medical approvals etc
*Liaises with Govt Relation & Paralegal administration of visas and other emigration procedures as per applicable UAE Labor Law
*Responsible for conducting induction and QMS training to new joiners
*Setting up, monitoring and then tracking employee probationary periods.
*Implement and developed policies work conditions, performance management,disciplinary procedure, absence and vacation management
*Based on Talent Manager’s or Direct superior request for preparation of internal reports on HR related statistics(e.g employee turnover, seniority,etc)
*Carrying out background and reference checks on prospective employees.
*Making sure that any promotion, transfer and pay rises take effect as planned.
*Dealing and advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures
*Preparing salary certificate, salary transfer, employment letter& reference letter.
*Payroll-Responsibility for payroll data verification and entry to ensure accurate and timely monthly processing of remuneration payment throw realsoft to ensure Wage Protection System (WPS).
*Developing reports for HR Manager on staff sick leave, absences and holiday leave based on real soft time sheet
*Providing professional advisory support to company employees.
*Responsibility of group insurance policies & process employ medical insurance
*Preparing End of gratuity and exit formalities
