Duties:

• Assist the Projects Managers to complete Projects on time and meet schedule milestone within the approved budget and time schedule (cost & time).
• Assist the Director by ensuring schedules and cost systems for monitoring and reporting are in place for all projects and proactively keeps all parties and providing timely notice for all key issues affecting the critical path
• Initiate & maintain project controls procedure & process.
• Manage the contract scope including any claims, variations, extension of time (EOT).
• Lead and guide the Project Control team to accomplish the tasks on time with maintaining the quality.

• Ensure that the cost and schedule impact of individual and the cumulative changes impact are evaluated.
• Ensure that the changes which are to be compensated by the client/vendor are taken up promptly with the client/vendor. Ensure that we get fairly and adequately compensated for the same.
• Supporting Contract Manager in analyzing schedules and using information for EOT & claims submissions.

• Attention to identify risks, assess which are most critical, and put in place plans for mitigation
• Create Risk Register and update during project execution “to reduce both the possibility of a risk occurring and its potential impact”
• Conduct Risk review meeting with concerned stakeholders
• Manage the risk and producing reports for corrective and preventive action recommendation.
•••• Cost Control / Cost Management
• Periodically comparing between planned and actual cost and analyze the deviation
• Manage the cost and cash flow to ensure overall budgets are effectively controlled and to ensure timely processing and execution of all accounting and finance related activities for the project
• Manage Budgeted cost (Earned budget, actual cost, Variance till date, Remaining cost to complete, Total forecast at completion) to find forecast variance at Completion.
• Integration of time and cost to manage the project performance using earned value management & KPI.

• Ensure that project schedule properly prepared covering the contractual scope and milestone and loaded with resource required, and get approved
• Liaise with department managers to insure the realistic of schedule
• Regularly update schedule and comparison with planned to get the deviation to analyze to mitigate.
•••• Progress Monitoring and Reporting
• Manage & Measuring the Performance for (Engineering, Procurement, Construction).
• Periodical Forecasting for resource & generates the look-ached schedule for (all disciplines).
• Manage & monitoring sub-contractors (progress and invoices) to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Regular site visits to identify any potential problems which may delay the project and highlighting the same to Management thereby controlling project risks.
• Discuss with Management on a regular basis with regards to project resource allocation to ensure that all projects have adequate resources and control any idling of resource
• Using critical path method (CPM) to determine schedule deviations from plan, for corrective actions can be implemented to minimize schedule and cost impact to the project's performance
• Manage & prepare periodical cost, schedule & progress reports that include & not limited to the following:
-- Summary Dashboard for high management
-- Look ahead schedule and cost forecasting
-- Schedule updates and sensitivity analysis
-- Project status (Plan vs. Actual)
-- Progress reporting (all aspects)
