FINANCE MANAGER – Gulf Dynamic Services LLC & Labtec LLC, Sharjah, UAE – June 2013 - Present

The companies are subsidiaries of Masharie LLC, part of the Dubai Investments PJSC group of companies.

Responsibilities:
? Serving as the finance manager of 2 companies Gulf Dynamic Services (fit out and joinery contracting) and Labtec (manufacturing, supply and installation of laboratory furniture, fire rated doors and vanities). Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Chairman and to the Group CFO.
? Managing full spectrum of the strategic finance role encompassing areas of managing different business verticals and their financial needs, tracking business expansion, performing feasibility studies, evaluating business proposals, forecasting and budgeting.
? Preparing entire reports for the quarterly meeting of the Board of Directors and providing forecasts in order to enable strategic decision making.
? Preparation and review of annual budgets, forecasting profitability for scheduled projects by strategizing with business heads and other departments to develop alternative solutions in order to ensure sustained growth.
