Supervision of the working laborers to ensure strict conformance of methods, quality and safety
Project Cost Management:
Running Bill Preparation, Cost Estimation, Rate analysis preparation
Preparation of quantum and invoicing schedule
Preparation of Material and Labour Reconciliation statement
Checking M Books for labour payment and work out the cost control
Collecting drawings from consultant and maintaining the drawing register, segregating the drawings
Project Time Management:
Scheduling Development of Base Line Schedule.
Preparation of Weekly Monthly & Quarterly look-ahead Schedule, Updating actual Progress and all related information & comparison analysis

Project Communications Management:
Preparing progress Percentage calculation systems, earned man-hours, productivity analysis
Preparation of Executive Progress Summary Report / Presentations to the Top Management on Project Status for periodical review
