Roles and responsibilities-Prepare the Clause -14/8.3 Contract Programme of works in accordance with the project specifications, Bill of Quantities, Conditions of Contract, Contract drawings etc. and define the critical path of the project. Prepare the target programme of works to establish the internal target dates for the Contractor.
• Calculate the engineering and the procurement period and the leed time required for the civil materials and MEP systems and equipments, coordinating with the supplier/subcontractor. Issue Contract programme of works coordinating with the Commercial and Purchase dept. for the subcontractor works for civil and Mep activities (for civil - swimming pool, water feature, landscaping and irrigation, aluminium and glazing, waterproofing, joinery and fitout works, painting, etc. and for Mep- including but not limited to- HVAC units, watersupply & drainage pumps and accessories, firefighting ,fire alarm, PAVA, Central battery and emergency lighting, lighting control systems, CCTV systems, INTERCOM, access control, SMATV systems, BMS, systems etc.) and perform time negotiations and provide a challenging time for the subcontractor so that the job gets done on time.
• Prepare the Cash flow, Manpower Histogram as required for the Project.
• Update the Contract programme on a weekly, biweekly, monthly basis and provide the progress reports and forecast completion date along with the E1,E2 submittal log, manpower status, NOC’s and permit status, HSE reports, etc. and progress performance curve based on the KPI’s for measuring the progress of the Project.
• Provide forecast of activities with a 1 week look ahead, 1 month look ahead, 3 month look ahead schedule for the activities and notify the respective personnel for the activities which are upcoming, critical and/or delayed.
