- Developing & implementing Budget, Strategic financial plans and process ensuring that robust & challenging policies & systems are in place to attain top and bottom-line profit. (Team leader in the implementation and Monitoring of the Online Strategy platform).
- Verifiable experience in financial advisory, business valuation and reviewing investment opportunities and Leading the expansions through feasibility studies (10 new Branches, Cut down CAPEX costs by 20%).
- Implementation of Internal control systems/processes streamlined to cut down Cost of Sales By 15 %.
