Detailed Profile

Project Management:
? Organize and manage all phases of project to ensure on-time completion. Define milestones, timeline, seek approvals
? Responsible for the deliverables of the project by understanding the scope of project. Maintain a fine balance between internal and external stakeholders
? Manage the technology evaluation stage of the project by working in conjunction with the sales team
? Identify, evaluate and select the right supplier/vendor
Materials Management:
? Indent and maintain optimal level of spares and reconciliation
? Send feedback information on performance of equipment supplied along with suggestions for improvement
? Dispose scrap promptly on commercial terms as per guidelines and strive for non-accumulation of scrap
? Actively register new vendors and suppliers throughout 5 years
? Utilize ERP reports to analyze problem areas and create solutions.
? Negotiate terms and conditions favorable considering quality and delivery
Facility and Operations Management:
? Perform critical equipment analysis in order to promote equipment standardization and develop maintenance schedules for critical electrical equipment to ensure optimum operational availability.
? Carried out preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment at petrol stations
? To have a minimum inventory of spares available and to minimize the breakdown time of dispensing units
? Develop specification and performance test requirement to facilitate procurement of parts and equipment
? Inspect incoming consignments for quality
? Ensure payment for the works carried out is released to the vendors as per agreed payment terms
? To close open Purchase orders/Outline agreements in SAP after completion of job. To ensure closure of contracts.
? Handle annual maintenance contracts including negotiations, drafting, review
Vendor Management
? Review technical specification, BOQ and drawings to determine suitable vendors and suppliers
? Develop good working relationship with the representatives of the OEMs
? Identify vendors and confirm specifications, costs, inspection in order to establish a professional database of suppliers
