Adjudicate in the cases of First Instance Court’s jurisdiction. Analyse the risks resulting from contracts and agreements, and defining contractual terms and conditions, both fixed and changeable ones (negotiable). Conduct legal research on the subject of the document to be drafted or reviewed. Participate in standardisation of contractual legal documents. Participate actively in evaluation/negotiation teams. Analyse document issue processes and systems and consult on the creation of language to issue approved document forms. Provide technical support in reviewing introduced documents to ensure compliance with portfolio of forms and applicable legal requirements.
