Conceptualised and prepared the work procedures for each erection activities and prepared the work method statements for all the activities
Executed the ITPs for all equipment installation and commissioning, earthing installation, lighting installations, cable laying along with proper check lists
Successfully Carried out inspection along with clients reviewed all Material Test certificates while also carried out mechanical walk downs(MCW) and successfully carried out the closure of work systems as and when needed

Scope:
Engineering and Design
Gathered resources and designed the BOQ, Equipment details, equipment layout of 10 KVA substation, completed the load analysis of various equipment (LV Panel, Transformer sizing, MLDB and so on)
Conceptualised and prepared the single line diagrams of various electrical equipment as per client specifications (PIX H Board, Okken Board)
Successfully prepared the various site installation layouts (earthing, lighting, cable routes) as per engineering inputs, site conditions and client specifications with calculations
Procurement at Morocco
Collaborated with the procurement of all electrical equipment at Morocco (MV switchgear, LV switchgears, VFD panel, Bus Duct, Lighting fixtures.)
Provided assistance in solving the technical issues of equipment during the procurement time with frequent meetings along with client and vendors while also expedited the procurement and achieved the completion of all equipment on time
Reviewed and responded to the vendor drawings with proper comments as per client specifications for HT panel, LT panel
Managed Factory acceptance tests of all equipment (Transformers, Switch gears Cables ) on time along with client
Installation and commissioning at OCP Jorf lasfar , Morocco(10 KV substation)
Performed the:
o Installation and commissioning of MV switchgear ,PMCC,MLDB,VFD,UPS and battery chargers and LV switchgears
o Testing and charging of 10 Kv MV switchgear and performed the testing and commissioning of 660V PMCC panel
Executed the earthing work, Lighting installation ,Cable tray erection on supports and pipe rack, cable laying in trenches and pipe rack
Conceptualised and installed:
o Oil filled distribution transformers and Bus duct while also executed all electrical equipment erection in 10 Kv substation
o Termination of LV Scada for PMCC, VFD
Supervised the procurement and installation of Electrical Heat Tracing System while also installed the Fire Alarm System HVAC electrical installation and commissioning
Administered the inter panel wiring and terminations of 660V LV switchgears and 10 KV MV switchgear as per the control wiring scheme
Assisted in the glanding and termination of MV cable, LV cable and control cable on field side for motors, LCS and inside building for panels
Gathered resources and completed the installation:
o Local control station(LCS) and control cable terminations of LCS to VFD panels
o LV and MV power cable connections and terminations of PMCC, MLDB,MV Panel using glands and MV termination kits
o Installation of Lightning protection system of Boiler quality tanks and substation building
Facilitated with civil, mechanical, instrumentation disciplines for the completion and hand over of EPC Jobs
Coordinated in the control cable wiring ,terminations between field control Junction boxes, PMCC panels (LV panels) , marshalling junction boxes and DCS system

Project: OIL India Ltd., Upgradation of Naharkatiya–Barauni Crude oil pump station(Oil and Gas)

Scope:
Executed the installation of:
o 3.2 MVA substation
o Various electrical equipment (VFD panels, LV switchgears, power transformers, light distribution boards)
o Building light fixtures, various shed lighting at heights along with cabling
Supervised the cable pulling of total 66000 meters HT cable & LT cable (Power and control cable)
