I have been working as a Senior Estimator with 16 years’ experience in the Construction industry in UAE. I have been serving the construction industry my entire professional life evolving from the field of Pre contract & Post contract through commercial management in the variety of Projects including High-rise residential and commercial buildings, Hotels and Villa Community projects. I am conversant with application of FIDIC Condition of Contract, and Method of Measurement such as SMM7, CESMM3.
