1) Pre- Commissioning & Commissioning:
Supervision, co ordination erection and commissioning of various kinds of instrument and control system supervision of kinds instrument installation, calibration, loop checking, commissioning and troubleshooting co ordination with vendor for skids instrument installation modification.
Involved in logic test and function test, in charge of field instrument construction activities like installation of cable tray, impulse line, air line, junction box, local panel, marshalling, cabinet, cable glanding, and termination etc.

Calibration loop checking, commissioning maintenance and troubleshooting of flow pressure level temperature, electronic and smart transmitter, displacer type transmitter, capacitance, Ultrasonic, bubbler types (torque tube types, LDVDT, type) pneumatics, transmitter I/P, P/I converter, controller & panel instrument (Foxboro, Honeywell, Rosemount, Yokogawa, Moore, Weston Smite, ABB, E&H,KRONE, Fuji, and Exenburg)

• 2) Maintenance: I have exclusive hands on experience in the field of erection, commissioning, pre-commissioning, start up and maintenance of Instrumentation systems in polymer .glass,petrochemical,chemical industries,refienary. Loop checking, preventive maintenance, calibration for all major parameters like pressure, temperature, level, flow. and also diagnoses problems or potential problems with control systems of pneumatic, electrical and electronic and shutdown start up sequence checking, monitoring the status in DCS (CENTUM VP YOKAGAWA) good command in repairing and understanding of P &ID and logic Diagrams related to Interlocking and Emergency shutdown system. I worked on ESD SYSTEM (PRO SAFE YAKOGAWA)for and motors control and tripping by PLC .
