Detailed Profile

- Managing and monitoring the application of HR processes, policies and procedures in order to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality HR services
- Managing and ensuring that all HR areas are managed effectively (recruitment & selection, learning & development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and organizational development)
- Building and maintaining positive workplace relationships with all company personnel and provide advice and feedbacks whenever appropriate
- Providing an enabling workplace by effective and timely resolution of employee grievances and ensuring compliance to policies and code of conduct by the employees
- Taking ownership of company’s hiring needs and coordinating all recruitments activities and ensuring good quality candidates are hired in a timely manner in alignment with the organizational needs
- Conducting quarterly Performance Reviews of employees from their individual Managers and thereby focusing on individual professional development based on the reviews
- Developing training programs to ensure that all staffs has the required skills and knowledge to delight customers and achieve individual goals and objectives
- Ensuring that HR management is aware of the needs of employees through the effective management of employee satisfaction surveys and accompanying action plans, and through two-way forums and suggestion schemes
- Conducting regular HR meetings with HOD’s to assess team performance and progress against business objectives
- Responsible for formulating and managing challenging but achievable reward and recognition schemes to reward excellent performance which in turn helps in creating highly motivated HR staff
- Actively measuring and analysing employee retention rates and feedback gained from exit interviews to understand both internal factors and external market factors affecting HR employee retention and ensuring that a regular and effective coaching structure is in place for all employees in HR for their constant motivation
- Ensuring compliance with all Company related policies, procedures and legal requirements (HR, Health & Safety etc.)
- Monitoring the payroll of 300+ employees and managing all payroll related statutory compliances
- Responsible for creating and completing the Full and Final exit formalities and processes for all exiting employees
- Accountable for facing Audits for HR department
- Assist in preparing and processing paperwork and relevant applicable documents for acquiring new Visa’s and accordingly coordinating with the Travel Agents for Visa applications to the concerned Embassy
- Process the ticketing of the concerned employee/s within the range as specified for that particular grade of employee after receipt of the Visa or before receipt of the Visa as per the pre-requisites of the country for which the Visa is applied
