Current Duties and Responsibilities:-
• I have Ability to embody new culture through my behavior and interactions.
• I am leading the team of 4 drivers and 6 PRO in day to day activities.
• I am handing the local (Oman) visa work for all the new employees their families for expat.
• In my regular and day to day activities I am closely monitoring the expiry date of labor card and passport for the all employee and ensure them for renewal before the due date.
• I am taking a part in the recruitment of hiring local (Omani) candidate a completing the entire task from CV shortlisted to his/her joining.
• I am taking care for employee’s background verification post selection in interview process with Managers.
• I work with senior management to plan talent development and growth for the organization.

• I am making the arrangement and preparing the required documents for end of employment contract including cancellation process, preparing no objection letters etc.
• Attending HR and Administration meeting and understanding & conveying the ever-changing policy and legal landscape as it applies to Human Resources.
• I am using ERP operated latest version technology to improve the efficiency of HR programs and processes.
• I take Lead and direct the entire team in the implementation of the Company’s employee engagement initiatives.
