DESIGNATION : PRODUCTION INCHARGE
? Responsible for planning, coordination and control of manufacturing process to the required joinery Items for the company’s various projects.
? Quantity take-off for the complete project materials requirements. (raw materials, ironmongeries, Paint items, Upholstery items, metal & marble works etc.)
? Overseeing the cut list preparation by the cut listers and issue to the various production sections by coordinating with the design & site teams for site measurements, various technical aspects.
? Monitoring the production process / activities as per the product standards and production schedule / timescale from the Planner and updating and adjusting the schedule as needed.

MATERIALS :
? Preparing and submitting the material submittal schedule with procurement log as per project requirements to the main contractor.
? Raising the Purchase Requisitions for the raw materials, metal items, paint, + fit out items (gypsum, marble/tile, wall/ceiling paints, carpets) by attaching quotations and comparison statements to the procurement department.
? Coordinating with the suppliers / subcontractors to get PO delivery dates in order to in line with the client’s / main contractor’s program,

PROJECT PLANNING :
? Responsible for preparing the baseline program based on the main contractor’s clause 14 program, BOQ, tender drawings, etc., in which providing the details for material submittals / approvals, shop drawing submissions /approvals, materials delivery on site and site installation details as per the client requirements.
? Submitting the updated program weekly to the main contractor for the progress status at site, preparing KPI’s (Key performance indicator) for weekly shop drawing submittals / approvals, material submittals / approvals and E1 Logs for shop drawings and materials, cash flow (S-Curve).
? Preparing the look ahead program for the site installation works and submitting to the main contractor from the updated program.
? Monitoring / updating the progress status periodically at factory / site levels by coordinating with project / site / production team and also involved in projects weekly progress assessment meeting.
? Verifying the critical path and interfaces between design / engineering / procurement / execution.
? Preparing and submitting the monthly progress reports, monthly labor histograms, accumulates, collects and analyses data and information required for planning.
PRODUCTION PLANNING :
• Estimating the Project Requirements (Raw Materials, Ironmongeries, Timings etc.,) for Production and Installation, Capacity / M/c & Man Hour Requirements, Arranging Material Submittals, Shop Drawing Submittals and Mockup Production for all the projects.
• By issuing & getting Daily Job Time Tickets for Machines from various production sections, preparing Production & Delivery reports, Weekly / Monthly Progress Status reports of all running projects.
• Preparing MIS (Management Information System) Reports with histograms related to the yield factor for Projects Timings Comparison Estimated Vs Actual, Production M/c & Man Hours Estimated Vs Actual, Production Timings Status of Various stages etc.,
• Fixing Standard Timings by conducting Time Study in the Factory equipped with the latest Wood preparatory machineries, Panel Cutting/Wrapping/Hot & Cold Presses, DET, Edge Banders, CNC Router, PU & UV paint lines, Assembly Machineries, etc.,
