SENIOR SITE ARCHITECT/Fit-out Manager with 20 years’ experience
in Architectural Engineering and ID finishing works that could be
combined with skills in the field of computer digital (Architecture
design and AutoCAD) and construction.
Area of expertise
Work experience in Architecture and ID construction and
supervision filed for 5 stars hotel, Malls and VVIP Palaces,
compound, high rise building, etc...
Ensure that the architectural and ID works is delivered by the
Contractor as per the project documents & requirements and is
responsible for dealing with any on- site problem arise, Review
material and suppliers to endure compatibility with specification
and standards, inspect materials delivered to the site for quality
ROLE FOR THE PROJECTS
• Review the design and related IFC drawings prior to the
Project's commencement to verify its consistency and raise any
related ambiguities for discussion with the Project Manager.
• Review the Project's Specifications and checks its
consistency with the Design.
• Review the submittals (shop drawings, vendors, materials,
method statements, proposals, mock-ups, As built and etc.
• Contribute in reviewing Contractor's QA/QC, HSE plans and
reports (daily, weekly and monthly)
• Assist in the technical review of the Contractor's construction
schedule and advise his comments therein.
• Evaluate the "Value Engineering Ideas" and its conformity
with the Specifications, Standards, Regulations, and other related
objectives.
• Oversee his team of Site Architects in performing inspections
of all finishing works to ensure proper quality is always maintained.
• Provide technical support to Site Architects as far as
necessary.
• Chair technical meeting of related activities as far as
needed.
