• Currently I am Procurement & Sub-Contract Manager at CCC, responsible for the sourcing of construction materials and services for multiple projects across Saudi Arabia and Qatar. In my currently role, I am currently managing a portfolio of 200 – 400 Million SAR and has managed to achieve 20% as savings.

Project Details:-
An Olefins Plants Project inside Rabigh Refinery in Rabigh – KSA. CCC has construction part of this project in disciplines of Civil, Mechanical & E&I and EPC part of process buildings with 24 million budgeted man-hours and contract value of USD 385 Million.

Responsibilities
• Managed all the activities of the procurement department.
• Responsible for the purchase and delivery of all materials and services to maintain the company operations. (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Services , Instruments and others)
• Negotiate the prices with the supplier to get the rock bottom price.
• Follow up orders from the take off stage till the receipt of the material at store.
• Supervise and lead the procurement team to be certain that internal guidelines are being followed
• Revise and check the compliance of receiving invoices with purchasing orders and contracts
• Issue certificate of payment for the invoices before passing them to finance department.
• Follow up the internal department guidelines of paper work and information.

LEMA was working on behalf of Water authority of Jordan as the operator of the management contract for operation maintenance contract for water and wastewater in Amman Governorate


The Hashemite kingdom of Jordan represented by the Water authority of Jordan (WAJ) has received a loan from the World Bank towards the cost of management, operation maintenance contract for water and wastewater in Amman Governorate. It is intended that part of this loan will be applied to the procurement of goods, works and services under this contract. WAJ is the implementing agency and LEMA Co. (The trade name of Suez Lyonnaise Des Eaux-Mongomery Watson Arabtech Jardaneh ) is working on behalf of WAJ as the operator of the management contract.
