? Attend & greet the visitors, fulfill reasonable request from guest to ensure their comfort, satisfaction & safety and inform concerned personnel in the company.

Prepare statement of accounts for ticket booking at the end of every month based on the tickets issued daily with booking reference, employee code, name, dept. onward and return date, travel sector, carrier, fare and concern travel agency. (LPO’s and INVOICES should tally for net amount to be paid). Recharging the Salik twice a week for all vehicles for all the branches and keeping a record of it.
? Arranging for new salik tag on request(dept./branches). Activating the Salik tag once it’s purchased and maintaining a record of it.
? Dispatching the Salik tag to concerned dept. Coordinating with salik team for any dispute, violation or cancellation of vehicle to be rectify.
? Responsible for managing the administration of the leave process, maintain leave records, absconding reports, employee’s separation report, leave defaulter’s report.
? Check the leave defaulter and coordinating in every coordinator of all the branches with regards for the status of employee’s leave.
? Issue the warning letters & advisory letter after the investigating against the leave defaulter.
? Maintain and update employee records, do the Auditing of the employees file ensuring accurate data is updated and securely filled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
? Arranging technicians for maintenance job of A/C, Electrical & Plumbing repairs request and make sure it is resolved and keep record of it.
? Booking conference room for trainings, meeting, seminars etc. on request from the depts. and ensure that there is no clash.
