Duties & Responsibilities:
? Ensure company procedures and policies are strictly followed and practiced
? Explain the company's internal policies for new employees
? Creating in HRMS software all records for the newly joined staff under the area/ projects
? Carry out all HRMS activities for active staff (Transfer within area, Leave settlement, Long Leave formalization, Final settlements/Termination…etc.) in coordination with the concerned Projects’ Admins/accounts. (Saudi ?and non-Saudi Staff)

? Interact with Area Accounts department for the dues / other payments for the terminated staff
? Coordinate with services department for issuance of any requested Arabic letters (Salary letters, services letters, bank letters…etc.)
? Prepare routine correspondence within scope of assigned work, under review of Manager - Personnel & Admin
? Ensuring that Work Permit/Saudi Residence Permits for all active staff been renewed on-time to avoid any penalty & blocking our company account & services @ labor office
