Work Profile:

1. Store Supervisor cum Office Admin at ELFOCHEM (Member of Concorde – Corodex Group) – Dubai Since Dec 2013 till date

Duties Performed:
• Ensure that the stock neither exceed the maximum level nor go below the minimum level at any point of time. If needed any Raw Materials then send Internal Purchasing Request (IPR) to the purchasing Dept.
• Receiving Raw Materials from Supplier, Checking the quantity as per invoice and delivery order.
• Checking the RM’s while offloading and making Material Information Report (MIR)
• After vehicle came, Delivery of finished Products as per Local Purchase Order (LPO) qty to the sales division
• Making of Invoice & DO for the dispatched products as per LPO using AX System.
• Maintain the Stores department in a tidy manner
• Prevent unauthorized persons entering into the stores
