• Diabetes: Diabetes Management, including Insulin Pump Therapy and Continuous Glucose Sensors (Glucose Monitoring) in both Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes.
• Obesity, metabolic disorders, lipid disorders.
• Thyroid gland disorders.
• Disorders of calcium metabolism, parathyroid disorders.
• Pituitary and adrenal disorders.
• Endocrine hypertension, resistant hypertension.
• Reproductive endocrinology (polycystic ovary syndrome, primary ovarian insufficiency, ovarian failure, amenorrhea, hirsutism),
• Male hypogonadism.
• Endocrine conditions in pregnancy.
• Metabolic bone diseases (osteopenia and osteoporosis), vitamin D and calcium metabolism.
• Management of diabetes and endocrinopathies in cancer therapy and post-transplant patients.

I am considered as an eminent expert in diabetes and I am associated with Joint British Diabetes Societies of UK ( JBDS) and NGSP USA to develop guidelines and policies in Endocrinology.
I am passionate about Internal Medicine and in clinical practice manage emergency patients admitted under Medicine and liaise with different specialties for the management of these patients. I am also involved in teaching and training medical students and doctors and I am a regular examiner for the Royal College of Physicians UK and the medical school of the University of Birmingham.
I am actively associated with diabetes research and am a member of the Diabetes Translational Research Group, University Hospital Birmingham. I have authored several peer-reviewed articles in medical journals.
In view of my expertise in Endocrinology I also act as a specialist in clinical negligence cases and provide expert medicolegal reports for the courts in UK.
