"Responsible for preparing and organizing complete and detailed drawings for submission according to Authority Regulations of Dubai Municipality and follow-up of applications until project approval. Develops detailed layouts and designs and schedules and models using both CAD and BIM methods. Prepares concept development plans and scaled preliminary drawings showing physical allocation of areas, unit distribution, amenities, and basic utility layouts and building envelopes. Liaise with local authorities to ensure designs are in line with relevant codes and standards. Leads the team and develop architectural designs on several projects through design phases from concept stage. Responsible for 3D modelling and rendering.
Main projects include: (1) Sketch, Presentations and Working Drawings of G+7, G+3, G+4 Commercial and Residential buildings; (2) BIM Modeling, Working Drawings and submission of different villas, office buildings, Mosques, hospitals and labor camps in Dubai"

Introduced the advantages of using BIM (Revit and SketchUp) as part of the platform on rendering architectural services from schematic design to construction drawing stages.
Main projects include: 600 Pedagogic seats and 3,500 beds for a University in Chlef City"
