Senior HR and Admin – M/s Fairways Group, Dubai, UAE – Since 2015 up to Present.
Reporting to: General Manager / Managing Director

Fairways group of companies has business in fields such as Retail, Hospitality & Trading and consists of branches in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman with over 200 employees in the group. I possess the experience of managing the HR and Administration activities of the group companies with a team of Assistant HR member and two Public Relations Officers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREA

• Manage HR Team to ensure HR activities run smoothly on a day to day basis.
• Provide HR support/advise to the department managers on various aspects of employee relations and legal affairs.
• Manage the consistent implementation of Companies HR policies across the company
• Developed, implemented & maintained HR policies & Procedures manual, Employee Handbook for the organization and responsible for revision.
• Identify the staffing requirements to meet the goals and objectives of the organization by liaising with the Department Managers and General Managers.
• Source candidates through various channels of recruitment such as recruitment agencies (Local and International agencies), advertisements and web portals.
• Conduct initial screening of the candidates and shortlist the potential candidates to the department head for further round of interviews; Issue the offer letter for the selected candidates.
• Oversee the process of making necessary arrangements for the pre and post joining formalities such as Collection of documents for visa processing, tickets, pick up and accommodation arrangements for the new employees.
• Organized and conducted orientation sessions for all the new employees.
• Oversee the employee separation process; final settlement, visa cancellation and other exit formalities.
• Initiate and conduct the Performance Appraisal on renewal of visa.
• Oversee the preparation of the yearly/monthly training calendars based on the availability of the staff and in coordination with other departments.
• Appointing and monitoring external training organization for specialist training courses based on the organizational requirements.
• Attending to the employee grievances and solving their issues.
• Conducting investigations in the employee issues such as disobedience of the employees, fighting, breach of company policies etc. and recommending serious punishments for the employees based on the UAE Labour Law.
• Monitoring absenteeism of workers on a monthly basis.

• Record of vehicle with staff and to manage handing over and takeover of the vehicles to staff.
• Handled the travel arrangements & hotel booking for Staff and the Managers.
